We have resolved problems and released pressure points in various African markets for the last 15+ years, including:​

• Resolving complex financial problems, such as the Single party exposure of a Namibian Bank through a daylight facility of R600m that resulted in a more efficient and optimal Capital Structure in a Listed Group;

• A Group reorganization process to implement an intermediate holding company in Mauritius to utilize tax efficiencies offered by Double Tax Agreements between Mauritius and various African countries;

• Resolving thin capitalization issues in East African Subsidiaries;

​​

• Resolving challenges with respect to local ownership requirements through the listing of Letshego Holdings Namibia on the local Stock Exchange during Sept 2017;

• Evaluation and modelling of numerous new business opportunities, possible acquisitions and new partnerships;

​​

• Automation of the monthly credit packs & sales reports and presenting these visually through the Qlik (Analytics and BI Platform) for all territories; and

​​

• Building a data analytics team to drive new business through outbound campaigns and providing data insights to understand and grow the Business;

• Changing Electrical tariffs for a large Industrial Property Group and the implementation of Solar Farms on the Roof space of various Industrial Business Parks.
